Filling :

  • 200 g cram-cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 1.5 dl sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of raisins
  • 1 dl rum
  • 1 small bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon grated peel


Preparation :


Prepare the crepes in the accustomed way.

For the filling mix the butter , sugar and vanilla sugar thoroughly to become  foamy.

Add the yolks  one by one , the cream-cheese, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, the grated lemon peel and raisins ( you can dip the raisins into the rum before using them for about two hours).Now add the whipped  3  egg white to the cram – cheese mixture and fill the crepes with it.

NOTE *The crepes are the best when put into a fireproof dish , covered with a little sour cream and  a “lid” of a crepe and baked in the oven for about half an hour, until the “lid’ gets a nice brownish color.
